At **BEIGAR**, we are seeking a **Cyberdefense Technical Lead** to join a leading company in cybersecurity and technological defense projects.
We seek a senior profile with a solid technical foundation and experience coordinating teams, capable of combining strategic vision with active participation in high-level technological projects.
The selected candidate will work in a highly specialized environment, participating in initiatives related to cyberdefense, security audits, secure development, threat intelligence, system hardening, and risk analysis, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and high-impact projects.

**Responsibilities**
* Technical coordination and management of cybersecurity-specialized teams.
* Lead and supervise cyberdefense and technological security projects.
* Participate in security audits and penetration testing (white-box and gray-box).
* Define and review secure development best practices and code analysis.
* Collaborate on application security and web technologies projects.
* Participate in threat intelligence and cyberintelligence (CTI) initiatives.
* Supervise digital forensic analysis and incident response activities.
* Conduct risk analyses and collaborate in the implementation of security standards and regulations.
* Participate in system hardening and configuration audit projects.
* Collaborate in the implementation and management of protection solutions (Firewalls, IDS, XDR).
* Stay up to date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity technologies.

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum **7 years of technical experience** in cybersecurity.
* Experience in coordinating and managing technical teams.
* High level of English (minimum B2/C1\).
* General knowledge of computing, telecommunications, and/or electronics (networks, software, hardware, radio, and systems).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Intermediate or advanced knowledge in several of the following areas:
* Security audits and pentesting (especially white-box and gray-box).
* Secure development, SAST tools, and manual code review (preferably Java and Python).
* Application and web technologies security.
* Threat intelligence (CTI), OSINT, TAXII, and STIX2\.
* Digital forensic analysis.
* Risk analysis, governance, and cybersecurity regulations.
* System hardening and secure configuration.
* Firewalls, IDS/IPS, HIDS, and XDR solutions.
* Cryptography.
* Linux (user level).
* Programming or scripting with Bash, Python, Golang, or similar technologies.
**Preferred qualifications**
* Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, GIAC, Security\+, among others).
* University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
* Master’s or doctoral studies related to cybersecurity.
* Participation in CTF competitions or Bug Bounty programs.
* Experience in threat research and advanced vulnerability analysis.
* Research-oriented mindset and focus on technological innovation.
* Collaborative profile, with interest in knowledge sharing and contributing to team growth.
