We are seeking a **Project Manager for MPA Programs**, to work in **Torrejón de Ardoz under a hybrid model**, participating in strategic projects within the Defense and Security sector. What will you do? * Lead **project planning, monitoring, and control** across all phases. * Manage **financial control**, including costs, budgets, and variances. * Prepare **periodic reporting** on project status. * Coordinate internal teams and suppliers/subcontractors. * Manage client relationships, ensuring objective achievement. * Supervise resource, material, and project requirement planning. * Participate in cost estimation and proposal preparation. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards. What are we looking for? ✅ Education: Engineering or equivalent technical degree. ✅ Minimum experience: \+3\-4 years in project management. ✅ Technical knowledge: * Project management using methodologies such as **PMBOK**. * Advanced proficiency with tools like **Microsoft Project**. * Knowledge of project life cycles. ✅ Functional knowledge: * Cost, budget, and financial control management. * Project scheduling. * Subcontractor management. * Estimation of requirements and workload allocation. * Interpretation of technical project documentation. * Administrative and management processes. * SAP (ERP) and materials/stock management knowledge is desirable. ✅ Key competencies: * Organizational and planning skills. * Results orientation and financial control. * Communication and client management skills. * Team coordination capability. * Rigor in monitoring and reporting. ✅ Languages: * Advanced English.
