We are seeking to hire a **Project Manager for MPA Programs**, to work in **Torrejón de Ardoz under a hybrid model**, participating in strategic projects within the Defense and Security sector. What will you do? * Lead **project planning, monitoring, and control** across all phases. * Manage **financial control**, including costs, budgets, and variances. * Prepare **periodic reporting** on project status. * Coordinate internal teams and suppliers/subcontractors. * Manage client relationships, ensuring objective achievement. * Supervise resource, material, and project requirement planning. * Participate in cost estimation and proposal preparation. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards. What are we looking for in you? ✅ Education: Engineering or similar technical degree. ✅ Minimum Experience: \+3\-4 years in project management. ✅ Technical Knowledge: * Project management using methodologies such as **PMBOK**. * Advanced proficiency with tools such as **Microsoft Project**. * Knowledge of project life cycles. ✅ Functional Knowledge: * Cost, budget, and financial control management. * Project scheduling. * Subcontractor management. * Estimation of requirements and workload allocation. * Interpretation of technical project documentation. * Administrative and management processes. * SAP (ERP) knowledge and materials/stock management are valued. ✅ Key Competencies: * Organizational and planning skills. * Results orientation and financial control. * Communication and client management skills. * Team coordination ability. * Rigor in monitoring and reporting. ✅ Languages: * Advanced English.
