We seek a candidate with experience in construction execution, capable of collaborating in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements. **Responsibilities** * Support the Site Manager in project planning and execution. * Monitor and control on-site production. * Coordinate subcontractors and work teams. * Supervise proper execution of works. * Control measurements, certifications, and costs. * Monitor scheduling and deadline compliance. * Manage procurement and supply logistics. * Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance. * Supervise occupational health and safety measures. * Resolve incidents arising during construction execution. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Production Manager in construction projects. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, and construction execution. * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. * Proficiency in sector-specific IT tools. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in building construction projects. * Familiarity with Presto, AutoCAD, and MS Project. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
