Duties will include basic plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as gardening and other property conservation tasks. A medium- or higher-level vocational qualification related to the aforementioned areas is desirable. A minimum of six months’ prior experience in a similar position is essential. In addition, a valid type B driving license and a personal vehicle are required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00. The annual gross salary is €28\.000, plus reimbursement for fuel expenses. The workplace is located in Alcalá de Henares.
