As an **Account Manager (Catalonia and the Balearic Islands)**, your role will focus on selling renal and cardiorespiratory support products to Intensive Care Units or related departments using our medical equipment. You will also deliver technical training and advisory support to healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities: * Responsible for sales of renal and cardiorespiratory support products for critically ill patients within your assigned region. * Conduct clinical sessions and ongoing training for healthcare professionals, identifying the specific needs of each customer (public and private hospitals). * Achieve sales targets set by the team. * Manage each customer relationship by developing a commercial strategy in coordination with the Sales Manager and Division Director. * Monitor public tenders and collaborate in preparing required documentation. * Resolve hospital incidents or communicate directly with Technical Service to provide support. Availability for after-hours calls as required by team organization. * Collaborate with all company departments: Customer Service, Commercial Excellence, Technical Service, Compliance, Legal, Quality, etc. * Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and solutions for various business lines. * Use internal tools to track visits, sales, and generate economic offers for hospitals. * Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and actively contribute to various projects. Your profile: * Nursing degree with experience in Intensive Care Units or similar settings is highly desirable. * Prior commercial experience within the hospital sector is required. * Teaching and/or medical device promotion experience is advantageous. * Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT/hemofilter) and ECMO is advantageous. * Time management and planning skills; results orientation; commercial and business acumen; communication skills (active listening, negotiation, assertiveness, influence); proactivity; teamwork; perseverance and frustration tolerance (achieving medium- to long-term goals); flexibility. * Technical knowledge: Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT/hemofilter) and ECMO * English language proficiency (B1 level; B2 is advantageous) * Flexibility to respond to incidents or calls outside standard working hours. * Willingness to travel within your assigned geographical sales territory.
