##### **About the Project** We are currently recruiting **Online Training Facilitators** to participate in a training project linked to a **tender**. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and facilitating participants throughout the courses, encouraging their participation, monitoring their progress, and ensuring continuity in the learning process. Please note that this position is specifically tied to the execution of a tender. Therefore, the start date, duration, and continuity of the service will depend on the tender’s conditions, awarding, and implementation. ##### **What Will Be Your Mission?** Your primary objective will be to **facilitate and support participants during online courses**, promoting their active participation, resolving queries, and monitoring their progress throughout the training. We seek a candidate with experience in online training environments, capable of identifying potential difficulties or demotivation among participants and acting promptly to support their continued engagement. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Promote participation and completion of the training program. * Motivate and encourage active participation by trainees. * Monitor the progress and participation of attendees. * Identify possible situations of demotivation, low participation, or risk of dropout. * Contact and support participants encountering difficulties progressing through the training. * Detect issues related to platform usage and guide participants in resolving them. * Monitor incidents that may affect the delivery of the training. * Support trainees in maintaining continuity and completing the training program. ##### **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: **Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Grado Superior)**. * Proven professional experience in **online course facilitation**. * At least **300 hours of training and tutoring experience within the last three calendar years (2023, 2024, and 2025\)**. * Experience monitoring and supporting participants in online training environments. * Ability to foster participation and maintain learner engagement. * Communication, monitoring, and incident management skills. * We do not necessarily require a formal teaching profile; rather, we seek a candidate with experience in **facilitating, supporting, and monitoring learners in online training environments**. **Important:** Professional experience must be **documentarily verifiable**, as it constitutes one of the mandatory requirements for the tender project. We especially value candidates who can detect when a participant is losing interest or facing difficulties and who can proactively intervene to sustain engagement and support course completion. ##### **Project Conditions** * **Estimated duration:** 9 months. * **Working hours:** 9:00–18:00 h, Spain time. * **Work mode:** Mixed: onsite, virtual classroom, and online. **Please note:** As this position is linked to a tender, the start date and final terms will be subject to the tender’s awarding and implementation, as well as to the requirements stipulated therein.
