Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for identifying training needs, planning, developing, and delivering leadership training and development programs, supporting leaders throughout their development journey and assisting managers. Supporting leadership development journeys **Department:** People Management **Work Location:** Aves Industrial Unit – Matelândia/PR **Working Hours:** 1st Shift: 08:00–17:48, Monday to Friday **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:*** Food Voucher: BRL 440.00 * Attendance Bonus: BRL 258.06 **Responsibilities:** Identify training needs (TNA) in collaboration with leaders and strategic areas; Plan, develop, and deliver leadership development programs; Act as a facilitator in training sessions; Monitor leadership development journeys, assess progress, and propose complementary actions; Develop learning content, learning paths, and instructional materials; Administer and interpret behavioral assessment tools, where applicable; Support managers in climate management, employee engagement, and team development; Monitor training metrics (participation, reaction, learning, and application); Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational culture and purpose. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, reports, and attendance records; Willingness to travel frequently between Lar units; Availability to work across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as scheduled and required by industrial operations; Valid and active Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B. **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (andragogy); Experience in leadership training and development; Prior experience in an industrial environment is an advantage. **Competencies:** Operational excellence, integrated action, initiative, commitment, resource utilization, and operational discipline. **Interested candidates must submit their resumes by:** April 17, 2026\.
