Develop your career with us. **What will you be able to do?** As a senior member of KPMG Spain's internal L\&D team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best learning experience for our employees. You will work on planning and implementing training programs within your area of responsibility, identifying training needs, organizing them for proper implementation, and supervising the work carried out by external service providers. In this role, you will participate in projects such as: * Defining Learning Maps or training pathways by category and function * Creating the annual training calendar by department and category, including objectives, content, format, and trainers * Continuously updating the best soft skills training offerings (Accelerator Learning) * Managing specific requests related to the training calendar or new requests for planning * User experience: Participating in projects focused on training experience, organizing content for agile and effective consumption * Talent programs: Redefining, co-creating, and adapting content to KPMG * New programs: Creating and rolling out new requests and programs * Collaborating in the organization, execution, reporting, surveys for Learning Days or other initiatives that improve the learning experience * Trainers Club: Creating and executing the training plan, measuring and promoting results * Providers: Evaluating providers and adapting content to KPMG. Full support in contract management * Processes: Updating and creating processes **What do you need to know?** * Minimum 3\-4 years of prior experience in training and development consulting or a similar role. Candidates who have participated in consulting or change management projects, with a clear interest in developing their career in training and development projects, will be valued * Education: Essential degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Law, or equivalent. A Master’s in HR is desirable * Intermediate/advanced level of English * Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects requiring integration across different disciplines, teams, and perspectives * Skills: Organization and planning, strong interpersonal abilities, autonomy, high quality execution and proactivity, driving transformation, teamwork, and generating synergies.
