This position involves the comprehensive execution of operational tasks within a logistics environment, with a focus on manual handling of goods and efficient organization of storage space. Key responsibilities include manual loading and unloading of products, ensuring careful handling to preserve their integrity. Additionally, accurate placement and management of stock are required, maintaining a precise record of available inventory and enabling rapid location for subsequent order-picking processes. Warehouse organization is a critical aspect of the role, encompassing product classification, palletization, and order preparation according to received specifications—all conducted within assigned facilities. Ensuring order and safety in the workplace is an absolute priority, requiring strict adherence to established protocols to prevent accidents and damage to goods or facilities. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures are essential for overall supply chain efficiency. This position directly supports the operational flow of the logistics center, facilitating daily activities that enable achievement of distribution objectives. Physical handling of materials is constant; therefore, the role demands a proactive attitude and commitment to occupational safety standards. Stock management may also involve using basic warehouse equipment and coordinating with other team members to optimize internal processes.
The salary consists of a regular hourly rate of 9.86 euros per hour, with overtime paid at 14.79 euros per hour. A night shift premium of 1.18 euros per hour is added to the applicable base rate. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with optional paid overtime on Saturday mornings. Flexible scheduling options are offered based on availability, including a fixed night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 or weekly rotating shifts: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
At least two months of verified prior experience in similar roles within a warehouse or logistics environment is required. Candidates must possess the physical capacity necessary to routinely perform manual handling tasks as well as loading and unloading efforts. Additionally, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace—except for candidates assigned to the Real de Gandía center. Residency in the local area or adjacent municipalities within the logistics center network will be viewed favorably to facilitate daily commutes.
