Positive work environment and opportunity for continuity **Description:** ---------------- A food industry company is looking to hire slaughterhouse workers for its production line. The selected candidate will join the production team and carry out different tasks within the workflow, always following instructions from the section supervisor. We seek responsible individuals with a positive attitude and experience working in production environments. Main Responsibilities * Report to the designated work zone or station assigned by the supervisor. * Perform production line tasks accurately and in accordance with received instructions. * Use tools required for each workstation correctly. * Strictly adhere to all work procedures and guidelines indicated by the supervisor. * Maintain a proactive attitude and minimize idle time during shifts. * Comply with scheduled working hours as per production planning (irregular working hours). * Report any operational incidents or occupational health and safety (OHS)-related issues to the supervisor. * Carry out other production-related tasks as required. Tasks that may be performed on the production line * Depending on the assigned position, tasks may include: Lamb Line * Slaughter. * Inflation, scraping, and leg cutting. * Cutting of hind legs, neck, and head. * Removing flaps and legs. * Cutting front legs and preparation for skinning. * Skinning legs, hindquarters, and shoulders. * Skinning flaps and forelegs. * Removal of hide. * Stomach tying. * Culan wrapping. * Chest cutting. Calf Line * Slaughter. * Culan wrapping. * Flap removal and fat trimming. * Shoulder skinning and chest sawing. * Scalp cleaning. * Carcass skinning. * Stomach and red viscera extraction. * Carcass cleaning. * Stomach and intestinal emptying. * Work in the tripe department. * Work in the red viscera department. * Leg peeling room. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in a slaughterhouse or meat processing industry is desirable. * Mandatory experience using a work knife in production environments (e.g., pork, rabbit, poultry, or other species). * Responsible, dynamic individual with ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work shifts according to production needs.
