Headquartered in the UK, OFA leads in the UK, France, and Spain, and maintains a presence across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America. #### **Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling site access via turnstile systems or manual registration, verifying that workers and companies meet the required documentary and safety criteria for site entry. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Control site access for machinery operators and registered companies. * Manage new registrations of workers and companies in the access system. * Issue site access cards. * Record daily attendance of machinery operators via the mobile app when no turnstile system is available. * Properly maintain the subcontractor register. * Coordinate and record site visits. * Verify necessary Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) documentation for site access according to the contractor’s requirements. * Perform associated administrative tasks (daily or monthly reports, emails, phone calls). * Review companies’ monthly documentation for payment certification. #### **Requirements** * Experience in document management or control within construction-site environments. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word, email). * Experience with access control or document management systems. * Attention to detail and organizational ability. #### **What We Offer** ️ On-site work at the construction site.
