We expect everyone who joins us to embody these values. **Your Role at Iberia:** Reporting directly to the Short-Term Structural Services Planning Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan maintenance tasks according to production constraints, based on existing approved data, and manage necessary revisions to the maintenance planning schedule in response to inspection requirements — coordinating with various production and support departments to guarantee the shortest possible Turnaround Time (TAT), at the lowest cost, and with appropriate quality. **Your Challenges:** * Provide an initial detailed inspection plan and manage its revisions. * Drive change within the Short-Term Planning Department for Heavy Maintenance inspections. * Improve current management of heavy maintenance downtime. * Plan in coordination with Production Chain Managers and Operation Sequencing to efficiently execute tasks included in Base Maintenance inspections within Airframe Services Heavy Maintenance. * Implement standard work practices in the Short-Term Planning area of Airframe Services Heavy Maintenance. * Ensure availability of Work Instructions, Tooling, and Materials for each scheduled maintenance action across the different Work Packages requested by the Customer or arising from prior findings. * Serve as the liaison between Long-Term Heavy Maintenance Cell Services Planning (responsible for Slot Management) and Operations (responsible for execution). * Ensure implementation of LEAN philosophy and problem-solving methodologies across all levels of the Heavy Maintenance Short-Term Planning area. * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in cases where discrepancies are reported that may imply non-compliance with EASA Part-145\. * Participate in defining Continuous Improvement Action Plans for the Heavy Maintenance Short-Term Planning area. * Propose innovative solutions to automate planning of inspections performed in the Heavy Maintenance Planning area. * Maximize customer value-added from functions performed by the Heavy Maintenance Short-Term Planning Services area. **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace. * Experience in engineering and/or production — preferably in aircraft maintenance. * General knowledge: Aircraft Maintenance, preferably in a Base Maintenance or Heavy Maintenance environment. * Others (languages, etc.): High-level English proficiency, minimum B2 or 785 TOEIC.
