Published on 28/04/2026 **Mission** ----------- **Join the TIGLOO team as an SAP Functional Support Consultant!** At TIGLOO, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an **SAP Functional Support Consultant** to serve an international industrial client, with the workplace located in **Pamplona**. You will work within the IT department, providing functional support for the SAP ERP system and closely collaborating with key users and business areas in a stable environment with a positive atmosphere and low staff turnover. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Functional support for SAP users (key users and business representatives). * Incident resolution, functional adjustments, and basic configurations. * Support for modules PP, MM, SD, FI, CO, WM, and HR. * Management of system enhancements, technical and functional maintenance of the ERP (patches, updates, improvements). * Training for key users and end users. * Requirements gathering and coordination between business units and technical teams. * Project tracking, UATs, and support in change management. * **Collaboration on international projects.** **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract and a stable project with a strategic client. * A comfortable, professional work environment with an excellent working atmosphere. * Workplace located in Pamplona. * Possibility of remote work and flexible hours. * Competitive compensation package commensurate with your experience. Apply now or share this opportunity with someone who might be interested. **Profile** ---------- **What are we looking for?** * University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related field). * **At least 3 years of experience** in similar roles. * Experience in general SAP support, with particular emphasis on **PP / MM / SD**. * Experience or exposure to SAP implementation projects, Go-Live phases, or SAP consulting. * Knowledge of industrial environments, production processes, supply chain, or finance. * **High level of English**, both spoken and written (minimum C1\). * French is a plus (not mandatory). * Habitual residence in Pamplona or surrounding areas. * Availability for occasional travel (2–3 times per year).
