REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in this position or a similar role. * Excellent organizational skills. * Knowledge of restaurant service, gastronomy, and enology. * Languages: English or French. * Strong sales, promotion, upselling, and cross-selling capabilities. * Required certifications: * Food Handler’s Certificate. * Preferred qualifications: Studies related to restaurant management, table setting, service station organization, and sales techniques.
