We believe in doing things intentionally, energetically, and with pride in who we are as a team. **YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF...** * You have \+3 years of experience in organized foodservice (QSR) * You have led teams for at least 2 years * You are confident managing operations, people, and incidents * You make decisions autonomously and are accustomed to planning day-to-day operations * You have in-depth knowledge of food safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures * You enjoy training, mentoring, and developing talent * You are driven by energy, customer orientation, and operational excellence **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR TEAM?** * Supervise daily operations to ensure standards of quality, service, and food safety * Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control * Execute opening and closing procedures according to protocol * Analyze metrics to improve speed, service, and efficiency * Train, evaluate, and develop the team * Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes * Maintain a positive, performance-oriented work environment * Substitute for the Restaurant Manager when required **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite contract, 40 hours per week * Fixed salary above collective agreement (€25,000 gross/year in 12 payments) * Variable incentive based on objectives * Continuous shift schedule with rotating shifts.
