For the Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira, we are looking for a Reception Assistant — a candidate passionate about the hospitality industry, organized, proactive, skilled in teamwork, and eager to learn and continue growing professionally within Leonardo Hotels. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver personalized guest service that exceeds expectations and makes guests feel at home. * Handle guest reception and all related tasks (check-in/check-out, front desk service, reservations, etc.). * Provide customer service at the front desk. * Manage room occupancy and sales activities. * Perform billing and cash collection duties. * Receive, process, and route guest complaints to the appropriate departments. * Promote the chain’s loyalty program and encourage enrollment of new members. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** Minimum Qualification: Diploma Experience: 1 year Professional Category: Employee Residence: Province of vacancy * Degree in Tourism or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role; customer-oriented, dynamic, responsible, and personable. * Candidates must possess a high level of English proficiency. * Knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be valued. * Offers job stability and extensive development opportunities, including professional career progression within a leading European hotel group currently undergoing expansion.
