We are looking for a **MAITRE** for our hotel MIRADOR DES PORT, located in the heart of **MAHON (MENORCA)**. The main responsibilities include: * Organize, lead, and coordinate the work of the staff under supervision. * Plan departmental schedules and shifts. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. * Responsible for guaranteeing high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. * Supervise the proper execution of room-service processes. * Handle customer complaints. * Know and advise on the various food and wine menu items. * Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event venues. * Control **budgets, costs, margins...** REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a supervisor in 4-star hotels. * Specific education in hotel and service management. * Advanced English proficiency + other languages are valued. * Energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, passion for customer service, and proactive attitude. * Leadership ability and capacity to manage a team. * Experience in events is an advantage.
