Currently, we are expanding our team and looking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** for the Technical Services Department. The primary mission of this role is to carry out and ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel’s facilities, guaranteeing their good condition, safety, and operational performance in accordance with company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on hotel facilities (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, basic masonry, etc.). * Efficiently detect, diagnose, and resolve technical faults and incidents. * Execute established maintenance plans and record all interventions performed. * Ensure proper operation and preservation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and environmental standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and work areas. * Report incidents to the department head. * Participate in technical training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a maintenance specialist or technical services professional in hotels, buildings, or similar environments. * Technical knowledge across multiple maintenance areas (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical issues and apply practical solutions. * Knowledge of basic safety and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Ability to work autonomously while following established procedures. * Training in HVAC and legionella control is desirable. **We Offer:** * Joining a strong and growing hotel chain. * Positive work environment. * Professional training and development. * Accommodation
