Responsible for preparing daily artisanal and fresh pastries—including butter/pistachio croissants, pains au chocolat, brookies, pistachio/raspberry cookies, and energy balls—to accompany our specialty coffees. **Requirements and Competencies** * Passion for pastry-making, proactivity, and quick adaptation to fast-paced environments. * Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, proper use of tools and equipment. * Meticulous attention to detail regarding ingredients, measurements, and final presentation. * Impeccable maintenance of the work area, complying with HACCP and food safety standards. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Must have: \+2 years of experience in a similar role. **Terms** * Salary: €21,000 gross per year. * Full-time position with a strategically located workplace in Barcelona.
