At Vinarchy, we are seeking responsible individuals to carry out production operations corresponding to the assigned position, including loading and unloading, order picking preparation, box assembly, dispatch of promotional materials, sample preparation, third-party supply management, etc., to meet scheduled delivery dates and established cost targets. In collaboration with their supervisor, they are responsible for compliance with company policies regarding production, occupational safety, quality, environment, and operational excellence. * Perform all operational tasks associated with their position according to the relevant Work Instructions, both regarding machinery handling and manual work. * Operate the Company’s various software/applications. * Participate in daily follow-up and incident/indicator management meetings (SIM). * Provide support across different departments and work centers within the Company, working collaboratively and acquiring knowledge of other roles to increase versatility and improve operational efficiency. * Actively participate in departmental tasks, demonstrating a proactive and initiative-driven attitude. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established objectives. * Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, proposing solutions and improvements. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methodologies. * Maintain an open attitude toward learning and continuous professional development. * Promote and raise awareness of energy management topics, respecting and ensuring adherence to prevention procedures, food safety instructions, quality, and environmental standards. * Respect and comply with established safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain their workplace in accordance with established standards of organization, order, and cleanliness. * Comply with QSE system requirements (Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environment) and those established for Operational Excellence. Desired profile: * Vocational Training Certificate / High School Diploma * 1 year of experience in forklift operator roles * Forklift operator license * Office/Windows user-level proficiency * English level B1 * Proactivity and collaborative attitude oriented toward continuous improvement, initiative-taking, and willingness to learn We offer an initial temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract.
