In collaboration with their supervisor, they are responsible for compliance with company policies regarding production, occupational safety, quality, environment, and operational excellence. * Perform all operational tasks associated with their position according to the relevant Work Instructions, both regarding machinery handling and manual work. * Operate the Company’s various software/applications. * Participate in daily follow-up and incident/indicator management meetings (SIM). * Provide support across different departments and work centers within the Company, working collaboratively and acquiring knowledge of other roles to increase versatility and improve operational efficiency. * Actively participate in departmental tasks, demonstrating a proactive and initiative-driven attitude. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established objectives. * Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, proposing solutions and improvements. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methodologies. * Maintain an open attitude toward learning and continuous professional development. * Promote and raise awareness of energy management topics, respecting and ensuring adherence to prevention procedures, food safety instructions, quality, and environmental standards. * Respect and comply with established safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain their workplace in accordance with established standards of organization, order, and cleanliness. * Comply with QSE system requirements (Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environment) and those established for Operational Excellence.
