Currently, we are looking to hire **a Chef** for our **Hotel Nautic Park**, located in **Castell Platja d’Aro**, to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities: * Cooking: Prepare and cook Mediterranean and Spanish dishes using high-quality culinary techniques. * Food Service: Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional gastronomic experience for our guests. * Menu Development: Create and develop innovative and appealing menus, as well as supervise recipe preparation and dish presentation. * Hospitality Inventory Management: Take responsibility for controlling and managing food and beverage stock, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste. * Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Requirements: * Minimum experience: At least 2 years as a chef, preferably in hotel or high-volume kitchens. * Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and Catalan; a third language is valued. * Extensive experience in buffet-style kitchen service and menu preparation. * Training in cooking, hospitality, or catering (an asset).
