We are looking for an **ELECTROMECHANIC** with at least 2 years of experience to join our industrial maintenance department. About the position: You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities at our production plant. Your work will be essential to ensuring optimal operation of our processes and securing continuity of the supply chain. Main responsibilities: * Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures in industrial equipment. * Recording work orders in our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Performing preventive maintenance tasks according to the established plan. * Interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. * Using specialized tools and measurement equipment. * Collaborating with other departments to resolve incidents. * Participating in continuous improvement of maintenance processes. * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations. What we are looking for: * Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the industrial or agri-food sector. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, and automation systems. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Proactive, organized individual with strong teamwork capabilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts if required. Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of PLCs (programming and diagnostics). * Experience with horticultural and fruit sector-specific machinery. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
