We offer a dynamic work environment and the chance to grow professionally within an established hotel chain. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare a wide range of beverages—from coffee and infusions to specialty cocktails—adhering to Leonardo Hotels’ quality standards. * Properly prepare and organize the workstation and service stations before each shift, ensuring all utensils and supplies are ready and in perfect condition. * Maintain impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the bar and restaurant areas, following hygiene and safety regulations. * Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests, anticipating their needs and resolving any inquiries or requests professionally. * Carry out opening and closing procedures for both the bar and breakfast buffet, ensuring proper setup of facilities and inventory control. * Serve guests during breakfast service, delivering an enjoyable experience and continuously replenishing buffet items to maintain freshness and visual appeal. * Manage à la carte dining service, including accurate order taking, appropriate wine service, and efficient transport of dishes and beverages using trays. * Perform necessary replenishments at the buffet and service stations to ensure constant product availability. Ensure all tables are correctly set and presented according to hotel standards, ready to welcome diners. * **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels or restaurants. * Solid knowledge of beverage preparation and food service. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in a high-demand environment. * Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer orientation. * Intermediate or higher level of English (valuable for communication with international guests).
