We are currently seeking to hire a **Waiter/Waitress** for the Restaurant and Bar department, aiming to deliver agile, approachable, and high-quality service. The position aims to provide agile, approachable, and professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their entire gastronomic experience—from service preparation through to closing and payment—always in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Set up and clear tables and service areas before and after each shift. * Serve and attend to customers in an approachable, courteous, and professional manner. * Advise customers on dishes, beverages, and wines. * Serve food and drinks in compliance with BLUESEA Hotels’ quality standards. * Process payments and close service shifts. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area, tableware, and facilities. * Restock supplies and assist in proper service management. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Coordinate effectively with other team members. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies:** * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants, or bars. * Knowledge of restaurant and bar service procedures. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Languages: professional-level English (German and other languages are a plus). **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
