Define and execute the asset portfolio strategy DESCRIPTION At Pierre \& Vacances, we are looking for an Asset Manager with strategic vision and passion for maximizing the value of a growing portfolio. If you are motivated to lead key decisions, drive asset profitability, and work hand-in-hand with owners and investors, this role is ideal for you. **Your mission:** Strategically manage chain assets, ensuring their financial performance and contributing to sustainable long-term value creation. **Your responsibilities:** * Define and execute the asset portfolio strategy. * Analyze KPIs, profitability metrics, and opportunities to optimize financial performance. * Evaluate operational processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. * Maintain strong, transparent relationships with owners and investors. * Communicate results, strategic plans, and investment opportunities. * Implement risk management strategies to protect assets and ensure business continuity. **What we offer:** * Offices located in the city center, at Plaça Catalunya. * 2 remote working days: mandatory in-office on Monday and alternating Thursday/Friday depending on team. * Flexible start and end times between 8:00 and 9:30\. * Optimized work schedule: possibility to work an extra 30 minutes Monday–Thursday and enjoy Fridays with only 6 hours. * Fresh fruit provided twice a week in the office. * Free coffee every day. * 20% discount at group establishments. * Additional employee discounts across other Pierre \& Vacances areas. * Meal voucher worth €147/month (except August) REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Tourism, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate, hospitality sector, or investment management. * Critical thinking, strong analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, and commitment. * Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
