We are seeking personnel to work in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, providing support on the automotive assembly line. The job involves precisely handling metal and plastic parts, always following established technical guidelines to ensure each component meets quality standards prior to packaging or distribution. TPM training is required. Working hours are full-time under a temporary contract, requiring availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). A consistent pace is required to meet daily production targets while maintaining order and safety at the workstation. The position also involves collaborating with the team to maintain an organized work environment and adapting to possible changes in work methods. Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in automotive component assembly. Mandatory 20-hour in-person training in the metal sector (TPM).
