Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator for a youth emancipation resource, developing socio-labor insertion pathways and providing accompaniment in their autonomy process. Key Points: 1. Intervention with young people who have left foster care and are undergoing emancipation 2. Development of socio-labor insertion pathways 3. Accompaniment in the process of youth autonomy **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Degree in Social Education. Experience working with young people who have left foster care under the Child Protection System is desirable. Proficiency in educational intervention strategies with young people and their emancipation process. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. High motivation for educational work with young people. Strong capacity for learning. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team will be valued. **Position:** ---------------------- Social Educator at a youth emancipation resource for young people who have left foster care. Among other duties, the role includes: developing socio-labor insertion and emancipation pathways for young people who have left foster care, and accompanying the autonomy process of the program’s youth beneficiaries. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- 38.5 hours per week, morning shifts, weekends. **Minimum Educational Qualification:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to collective agreement.
