Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator to support older adults, manage social incidents, foster neighborly coexistence, and coordinate with Social Services in a socially engaged and collaborative environment. Coordination with Social Services and community resources. **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a **SOCIAL EDUCATOR** for an organization dedicated to supporting and accompanying older adults, operating across multiple residential buildings with a strong social and community-oriented focus. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Conduct **daily monitoring of social incidents**, coordinated with concierge staff. * Respond to **calls and inquiries from tenants and their family members**, facilitating coordination with Social Services and other community resources. * **Contact users and their families** when changes in autonomy level or specific needs are identified. * **Foster coexistence and neighborly relationships**, promoting social activities and group dynamics. * **Coordinate with Health Social Workers and other professionals** regarding medical or social needs. * **Receive prospective tenants and provide information**, including showing available apartments. * Collaborate in organizing special activities, such as meetings or Christmas celebrations. **What do we offer?** * Full-time, on-site work schedule. * Structured working hours: **Monday to Thursday, 8:30–14:00 and 15:30–18:30; Friday, 8:30–14:30\.** * Integration into a human-centered, socially engaged, and collaborative environment. * Stable position with direct impact on the well-being and quality of life of older adults. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Qualification in **Social Education.** * Prior experience in social intervention, especially with **older adults or vulnerable groups.** * Knowledge of how Social Services and community resources operate. * Personal vehicle is mandatory. **REF: 26/09495**
