Summary: We are seeking a nurse for a residential facility, responsible for assessment, development of care plans, medication management, and resident care. Highlights: 1. Key role in individual care and assessment of residents 2. Active participation in interdisciplinary sessions 3. Responsible for medication management and administration Llagostera Residential Facility is looking for 1 nurse. Offers a 6-month temporary contract, full-time (37.5 hours/week), working hours from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. \- Assess the person during the admission process \- Develop the PAI (Individual Care Plan) \- Participate in interdisciplinary sessions \- Prepare, distribute, and administer medication \- Conduct rounds with the facility physician \- Attend to all necessary needs of the residents * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree \- Nursing * Bachelor's degree \- Nursing * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 2000 * Other relevant information: Weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, working hours from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
