Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and deliver training courses, keep industry knowledge up to date, and collaborate in promoting continuous learning and professional development among employees. Designs and updates teaching materials, evaluating training effectiveness. ##### **What Will You Be Responsible For?** * Develop and deliver courses on sector-specific tools and systems (Amadeus, Avsis, MyTags, etc.). * Stay updated on technological innovations and work methodologies in the corporate travel and MICE sectors. * Collaborate with operational departments to identify specific training needs. * Foster a culture of continuous learning that supports employees’ professional growth. * Design and update teaching materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e\-learning, etc.). * Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities through surveys, interviews, and practical assessments. * Prepare periodic reports on training progress and outcomes. * Collaborate with the P\&V team to identify training needs and develop career plans. * Support team leaders in continuously improving their team members’ competencies. ##### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 3 years of experience delivering corporate training in the tourism sector or similar industries. * University degree in Tourism, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Amadeus, Avsis, and other relevant tools for corporate travel management. * Experience using online learning platforms and collaborative tools. * Spanish and English (advanced level).
