Job Summary: We are seeking a junior candidate with teaching vocation and technological aptitude to digitize healthcare management and communication in hospitals across Spain. User monitoring and proposal of functional improvements **Role Summary:** Join **Improve Your Hospital** (Radmas Technologies) to digitize healthcare management and communication. We seek a junior candidate with teaching vocation and technological aptitude to implement our software in hospitals across Spain. What will you do with us? * **Implementation:** Installation, configuration, and testing of the App in real environments. * **Training:** Train healthcare staff (physicians, nurses, healthcare assistants) on tool usage. * **Consulting:** Monitor users, identify needs, and propose functional improvements. * **Documentation:** Create supporting materials and project presentations. * **Support:** Resolve user queries regarding tool usage and manage incidents. Requirements * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (Administration and Finance), Intermediate Vocational Training (Business Management), or Business Administration and Management degree. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, proactivity, and "teacher’s mindset". * **Tech Savvy:** Affinity for technology (iOS/Android environments) and ability to communicate effectively with developers. * **Mobility:** Full availability to travel to hospitals throughout Spain. Internship Program Conditions We directly manage a **6-month** internship agreement aiming at indefinite incorporation upon completion: * **Months 1\-6:** (Study allowance: 85**0€/ month gross**). * **Completion:** After the 6-month period, based on performance, transition to an **Indefinite Contract**. **Working Hours:** Mon\-Thu 09:00–18:30 (1-hour lunch break); Fri 09:00–15:00. **Location:** Madrid (Office at C/ Aguacate) \+ National hospital centers (Hybrid model).
