Job Summary: We are seeking English language teaching professionals to deliver classes, conduct executive training, and manage academic assessment and student progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver general English classes at various levels 2. Conduct executive training for management teams 3. Manage academic assessment and student progress tracking We seek English language teaching professionals **Mandatory Requirements** * **Language proficiency:** Native English speaker or certified minimum level **C2** according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). * **Specific qualification:** Hold the CELTA (*Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages*) or an officially recognized equivalent qualification. * **Experience:** Minimum verified experience of **5 years** delivering English language training. * **Digital competencies:** Proficiency in video-conferencing platforms for virtual classes, as well as tools for sharing materials and managing working subgroups. **Responsibilities:** * **Class delivery:** Conduct general English courses across three levels (A\-Basic, B\-Intermediate, C\-Advanced). * **Executive training:** Individual sessions for management teams focused on oral fluency and specific business vocabulary. * **Assessment:** Administer initial level tests (oral and written) and conduct ongoing progress evaluation. * **Academic management:** Monitor attendance, track activities, and prepare quarterly performance reports for each group. * **Student support:** Serve as the primary contact point to resolve queries and doubts regarding instructional content. **Desirable Qualifications** * **Extended experience:** Teaching experience exceeding 10 years will be highly valued. * **Management languages:** Ability to communicate in Catalan for coordination and follow-up tasks with contract managers.
