Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to support the installation, configuration, administration, and technical support of the Nato Software Tool across various systems and networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for installation and configuration of Nato Software Tool 2. Technical support and incident resolution for systems and networks 3. Management of changes and updates of technological tools **Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Support for installation and configuration of the Nato Software Tool on the various systems and networks where it is deployed. * Support for implementation and commissioning of the reference node of the Nato Software Tool. * Support for administration of the Nato Software Tool. * Technical support and assistance in resolving incidents and issues related to the Nato Software Tool operating across various systems and networks. * Support for escalation of incidents and issues arising during operation of the Nato Software Tool. * Support for responding to requests and inquiries regarding administration and configuration of the Nato Software Tool. * Support for training administrators and operators of the Nato Software Tool deployed on systems and networks. * Support for configuration management and documentation repository management of the Nato Software Tool. * Support for management of changes and updates of the Nato Software Tool and its technological components. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Qualification in one of the following Higher Vocational Training fields: o Higher Technician in Telecommunications and Information Systems o Higher Technician in Network Information Systems Administration o Higher Technician in Multiplatform Application Development **Minimum Required: 1 year** x\- Specific knowledge in: o Microsoft Windows (Server, Desktop) and Linux operating systems o Web and application servers (Internet Information Server, Apache, Tomcat) o Relational databases o LAN/WAN TCP/IP networks. **Minimum Required: Required Knowledge** **Languages** \- English language proficiency. Minimum required: Certification equivalent to B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or TOEIC 381–540** **Experience** * Experience in administration, development, and operation of information systems. **Minimum required: 3 years** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Experience in administration, development, operation, and support of enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments. **Desirable: 8 years**
