




Job Summary: Niji is seeking a Salesforce Architect in Valencia to understand the client's business needs, develop Salesforce solutions, and provide system administration support. With a team of 50 people in Madrid and Valencia, we are currently expanding our presence in Spain and are looking for a **Salesforce Architect in Valencia**: As a Salesforce Architect, your responsibilities will include: * Interacting with end users and superusers within the client’s organization (primarily Field Service users, and others as needed) to understand their business needs across multiple countries. * Developing solution proposals based on standard or customized Salesforce platform features, within a complex environment involving legacy systems. * Collaborating with external resources/contractors for projects and enhancements when required. * Communicating with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with global templates—or that any deviations are understood and approved. * Providing system administration support for all of our client’s Salesforce.com instances. **Required Profile:** * University degree (Bachelor’s degree) with more than 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with more than 6 years of experience (software development and over 5 years in Salesforce application development). * Mandatory Salesforce Field Service (SFS) experience: advanced, proven expertise in Salesforce Field Service is required. You must have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Core, mastery of the SFS scheduling/planning engine, and extensive experience implementing and customizing the Field Service application. * Technical proficiency and performance optimization: advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, with the ability to optimize platform performance at scale. * End-to-end business processes: deep understanding and practical experience with full business processes. You must be able to design architectures that seamlessly integrate supply chain management, customer field service, and billing. * Complex integrations: demonstrable experience designing enterprise architectures, particularly focused on ERP integrations within complex legacy environments. * Certifications: Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications are mandatory. Service Cloud and Field Service certifications are highly valued. * Key competencies: autonomous, creative individual with strong spoken and written English. Experience developing customer-facing interfaces is desirable.
