Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional with experience in project management, cybersecurity, and PKI solutions for high-security environments. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in information service development and management projects. 2. Experience in cybersecurity and PKI infrastructure administration. 3. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years in project management and information service management, as well as knowledge of systems engineering and software engineering standards and regulations. Minimum of 15 years in ICT solutions. Minimum of 5 years as a Development Project Manager. Minimum of 5 years in Development Methodologies (METRICAS v3, SCRUM, etc.) and risk analysis and management. Minimum of 2 years in PKI solution management. Minimum of 2 years in electronic document issuance solution development. At least 3\-5 years of experience working on PKI-related projects, network security, or public key infrastructure administration. Experience working in high-security environments, such as financial institutions, governments, or large technology corporations. Familiarity with system administration tools in Linux and Windows Server environments. English language proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written) (certification not required). Possession of, or ability to obtain, NATO HPS SECRET security clearance or equivalent. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CompTIA Security\+ Specific certifications in cryptography and PKI (e.g., from OpenSSL or similar).
