




Job Summary: We are seeking a Platform Technician N1 to provide customer support, collaborate with Helpdesk and Projects teams, and manage infrastructure and virtualization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service incident diagnosis and resolution. 2. Virtualization environment support (vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure). 3. Backup environment administration (Veeam). **Join the TIGLOO team as a Platform Technician N1!** We are currently looking for a **Platform Technician N1** to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to our customers, collaborating with other Helpdesk areas, and working with the Infrastructure Projects team to perform the following duties: **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Diagnose and resolve service incidents and issues. * Deploy changes in customer infrastructures. * Resolve service requests in collaboration with the Solutions Design team. * Support customer virtualization environments, primarily vSphere, Hyper\-V, and Azure. * Administer backup environments, primarily using Veeam. * Collaborate with the monitoring team to maintain systems. * Collaborate with the Projects team to deploy new infrastructures. **What do we consider essential?** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent. * At least 1\-2 years of experience in virtualized environments. * Experience with vSphere, Hyper\-V, and Azure platforms. * Experience with infrastructure (dedicated appliances, NAS, cloud) and backup software (Veeam, Commvault). * Knowledge of updates in VMware, Simplivity, NetApp, and other storage environments. * Experience in Helpdesk support environments.
