Job Description: **MISSION** Contribute to AXA IT’s capability and development by applying technical knowledge to ensure infrastructures are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet expected performance and quality standards. In the networking domain, guarantee correct and efficient implementation, operational support, maintenance, and optimization of all network components (hardware, software, and communication links) to sustain optimal performance aligned with organizational objectives. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement service delivery standards and practices. * Act as a technical and functional reference within your area, providing technical support and advisory services. * Analyze and design both technical and functional solutions within your area of specialization. * Design, provision, and maintain network and server infrastructures, ensuring performance and availability. * Participate in project- or service-based initiatives, ensuring proper execution and management. * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of infrastructure and network components, adhering to standards and best practices. * Manage network component monitoring and performance, identifying and resolving incidents. * Participate in cloud architecture migration and optimization projects (AWS, Azure). * Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with security, operations, and development teams to ensure solution integration and compatibility. **PROFILE** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other related technical fields. **Experience:** * Proven experience in infrastructure and networking, including support and maintenance—preferably in corporate environments. **Knowledge:** * Architecture, design, provisioning, and maintenance of network and server infrastructures. * Aruba LAN/NAC, Forti LAN/FW, SD-WAN routing (BGP, OSPF) networking technologies. * F5 BIG\-IP technologies (APM, LTM, WAF ASM). * Firewalls and perimeter security. * Cloud: AWS, Azure. * Automation, scripting, and monitoring techniques. * Operating systems administration-level knowledge. **Desirable Certifications:** * F5 (F5 Certified BIG\-IP Administrator or equivalent) * Aruba (LAN/NAC certification) * Cisco (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent) **Languages:** * Advanced English. **Soft Skills:** * Ability to synthesize information and strong communication skills. * Ability to engage effectively across various levels, including end users and technical teams. * Results-oriented mindset. * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Expectation management and ability to manage change and adapt to dynamic environments. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Centers, with over 3\.000 employees working on local and international projects.
