Positive work environment **Job Description** We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team with the objective of coordinating, maintaining, and integrating the company’s various technological systems, ensuring their proper operation. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to restaurants, as well as participating in system implementations for new openings, ensuring efficient and incident-free rollouts. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination and integration of the company’s various software systems. * Monitoring the proper functioning of IT systems. * Technical support to restaurants (remote and on-site). * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents (hardware, software, and networks). * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * IT system implementation for new openings. * Coordination with technology vendors. * Documentation of technical processes and incidents. * Proposing improvements to systems and technological processes. **Requirements** * IT-related education (Vocational Training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent). * Prior experience in technical support or system administration. * Knowledge of: Operating systems (Windows, Linux); Networks (LAN, WiFi, VPN); Hardware and peripherals; Management software (ERP, POS, or others). * Availability for occasional travel. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in hospitality or retail environments. * Basic database knowledge. * Experience in system implementation. * Communication skills and user-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Joining a growing company. * Job stability. * Professional development and continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 25\.000,00€\-27\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
