With the organization’s digital transformation, diversification of fundraising channels, and variety of available tools, this person will be responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and strategic exploitation, as well as leading the continuous improvement of CRM and BI tools supporting the area—all focused on achieving fundraising objectives. **Main Responsibilities** Strategic Information Management and Analysis Responsible for providing accurate and useful information to facilitate action execution and continuous performance improvement. * Operational data management and ongoing database updates: record maintenance, handling of returned items, tracking of donor transactions, and integration of interactions arising from ongoing campaigns. * Responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity by implementing systematic processes—including cleansing, deduplication, and purification—to guarantee a single, authoritative record for each entry. * Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, creating new analytical models to better understand member behavior and increase the value and loyalty of the membership base. * Design and execute segmentations tailored to the requirements of each campaign or strategic initiative. * Analyze campaign results, evaluate KPIs, and propose improvements aimed at maximizing impact and achieving objectives. * Conduct forecasting and risk identification through analysis of existing data, ensuring optimal information quality—in terms of content, timeliness, and format. Corporate Tool Support and Enhancement Responsible for functional support and continuous improvement of corporate tools (ERP, CRM, and BI) serving the Fundraising Department, ensuring their proper operation and alignment with business needs. * Provide technical and functional support for new features and updates to corporate tools based on departmental requirements.
