Job Summary: TARMAC Aerosave is seeking an IT Technician to provide support to teams and users at its Teruel plant, administering networks and systems while promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support users via Helpdesk and Hotline. 2. Administer, maintain, and update network infrastructure. 3. To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **An IT Technician on an indefinite contract for our Teruel site** The IT Technician will be responsible for supporting the IT equipment at the Teruel plant across all aspects of management, maintenance, and installation of equipment and users. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** **User Support:** Manage and support users via Helpdesk and Hotline; install and maintain IT equipment; configure and administer printers; manage fixed and mobile telephony; and provide support to internal users and visitors in using information systems. **Network and Systems Administration:** Monitor proper operation of backup tools; install and configure network and system hardware and software; administer, maintain, and update network infrastructure; and participate in or lead information system improvement projects. **Technology Watch:** Investigate, evaluate, and propose technological solutions aimed at improving information system security, efficiency, and performance. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** Candidates must hold a **Medium or Higher Vocational Training Qualification in IT**, possess general IT knowledge, and have a **medium level of English (valued).** Basic knowledge of network and system administration, backup management, and strong proficiency in office productivity tools are required.
