The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities within their assigned territory and leading projects related to energy efficiency, maintenance, and technical installations. Key responsibilities: \- Client acquisition within the assigned territory \- Identification of opportunities in industry, healthcare, and tertiary-sector buildings \- Technical needs assessment and solution proposal \- Internal coordination with technical office and operations teams \- Monitoring of proposals and tender processes \- Leadership of commercial opportunities from inception to closure \- Handover of projects to the operations team Solutions to be marketed:\- Comprehensive management of energy installations. \- Technical operation and maintenance \- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. \- Energy efficiency projects. \- Resource optimization and regulatory compliance. ### **Requirements** Engineering education: industrial, mechanical, etc. Minimum 5 years of experience in roles similar to those described. Experience in the healthcare, tertiary, and/or industrial sectors. A clearly demonstrated and proven commercial vocation.
