Our business unit has design and production centers in **Spain, Mexico, Poland, China, India, and the United States.** **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the activities of the mechanical engineering team assigned to projects, including international sites and external resources, ensuring technical support and proper execution of tasks in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines. * Lead technical aspects during the conceptual design phase, working closely with the Project Management department and other Team Leaders. * Ensure the correct selection and procurement of mechanical components to meet quality, cost, and delivery schedule objectives. * Implement company standards and templates within the mechanical design process for assigned projects. * Maintain contact with the client to resolve technical issues and requirements. * Occasionally contribute to offer development and act as Quote Owner when necessary. * **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). * University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent vocational training in related fields. * Additional technical education/certifications will be positively valued. * A Master’s degree in Mechanics, Industrial Equipment, or related areas will be an advantage. * Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes (machining, surface finishes, treatments). * Extensive knowledge of **3D CAD software**, preferably **Solid Edge**. * Technical documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.). * Experience in design for manufacturing technologies, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and quality assurance. * Practical experience in **rapid prototyping** in workshop environments (3D printing, mechanical assembly, use of manual and electric tools). * Finite element method. * Solid knowledge of **project management** and engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including planning tools. * Strong computer skills, proficient in **Excel and PowerPoint**. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary: Offer aligned with profile and professional background. * Flexible compensation: medical insurance, transportation and meal cards, childcare vouchers... * Airtificial Club for brand discounts.
