Facilities Maintenance Engineer **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, requires a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for the central area of Madrid. The candidate will, together with the facility’s maintenance manager, be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the client’s PCI, electrical, and control installations. Main responsibilities include: * Planning and scheduling work: carrying out annual/semi-annual planning, detailed scheduling (fortnightly and weekly) of maintenance, controlling execution and quality, and submitting weekly reports to the client. * Preparing staff rosters and organizing specialties; verifying and supervising the correct execution of work; reviewing work orders/reports and/or their possible rescheduling; supervising compliance with safety requirements; investigating errors, etc. * Preparing reports and protocols. * Updating documentation (references and documents) regarding applicable regulations for the client’s installations and equipment.
