Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer for the Industrial Solutions Department, responsible for project management, budget preparation, and coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participation in a collaborative and innovative work environment. * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (Cuenca, Cuenca, Spain) * New connections **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Industrial Solutions Department. * Junior Engineer * No team supervision. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Budget and schedule preparation and monitoring. * Preparation of comparative analyses for equipment procurement and project subcontracting. * Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications. * Maintaining client relations to meet expectations. * Preparation of internal and external reports. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Positive work environment. * Contract type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, 8.5 hours of effective work. Knowledge of energy, mechanics, electricity or control is desirable. * Skills: Project management. Energy efficiency and savings. Industrial installations.
