Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Machinery Designer to design machinery in 3D, develop 2D layouts, and improve existing equipment. At **Mat Exakta**, a leader in manufacturing fruit weighing and calibration machinery, we are looking for an exceptional Machinery Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Lorquí, Murcia. If you are a creative, proactive individual with a passion for engineering, we want you! **What Will You Do?** --------------- * You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life by designing machinery and mechanical components in 3D using SolidWorks. * You will participate in the creation process by developing facility layouts in 2D using AutoCAD. * You will contribute to the ongoing growth and improvement of our existing machinery, working closely with the assembly department and our customers. * You will commit to meeting project deadlines, ensuring each milestone is completed efficiently and successfully. * You will collaborate with suppliers and workshops to guarantee quality and precision in the manufacturing of our products. * You will participate in innovation projects, exploring new ideas and technologies to further enhance our products and services. * On-site work at our offices in Murcia. **Who Are You?** ------------------- * You are passionate, organized, and methodical. * You hold a Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Mechanical Manufacturing Design; a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is desirable. * You are a responsible, proactive, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and teamwork skills. * You strongly commit to quality and excellence in everything you do. * You possess knowledge of tolerance application, welding annotations, and dimensioning of fabrication drawings. * If you are a Junior profile or lack experience but have proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, you are welcome. **Desirable:** * Over 2 years of experience in machinery manufacturing (experience in food machinery is even better!). * Experience working with ERP systems. **What Do We Offer?** ------------------- * Intensive work schedule * A work environment where your ideas will be valued and your creativity encouraged. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with your experience and skills. * The position is based in Murcia.
