This position will be pivotal in advancing the Industry 4.0 strategy, leading the deployment and scaling of IIoT solutions in manufacturing and logistics environments. The role combines Smart Factory, Smart Logistics, automation, system integration, data architecture, advanced analytics, and OT cybersecurity — all focused on improving safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and operational resilience. You will serve as the bridge between Operations, IT/OT, and technology partners, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with industrial standards. **✅** **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the Industry 4.0 and IIoT strategy and roadmap * Manage the portfolio of digital initiatives (pilots, scaling, and sustainment) * Design and govern the IIoT architecture (OT, edge, data, cloud, and integration) * Integrate industrial and business systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, WMS/TMS) * Drive Smart Factory & Smart Logistics * Optimize operational KPIs * Develop data and analytics solutions (dashboards, reporting, KPIs) * Implement digital twins and predictive maintenance * Ensure OT cybersecurity and regulatory compliance * Lead vendors, projects, and change management * Standardize models for multi\-site deployments * Deploy secure industrial connectivity (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus/TCP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, IO\-Link, RFID, BLE, UWB, barcodes). * Ensure alignment with ISA\-95, ISA\-88, RAMI 4.0, IEC 62443, and applicable regulations. Who are we looking for? * Engineering degree (Industrial, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics or related field) * \+10 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial digitalization * Experience leading multi\-site Industry 4.0 projects * Knowledge of system integration (PLC/SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT, cloud) * Experience with IIoT solutions (MQTT, OPC UA, edge, streaming) * Experience in logistics automation (RTLS, RFID/BLE/UWB, AGV/AMR) * Results-oriented mindset with focus on KPI improvement * Leadership skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in international environments * Fluent Spanish and English Are you interested in joining a global project and leading digital transformation in an innovative industrial setting?
