Support for reporting and process optimization ### **Summary** Financial information, data adequacy, and accuracy provide detailed support to BPA teams. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provides detailed support to managers in financial activities, decision-making, and general project matters. \~ Assists senior employees in supporting and forecasting business processes and organizational alignment. \~ By providing accurate data and analysis, enables creation of analyses and reports, and development of long-term strategic financial and business plans. \~ Supports reporting of actual and numerical allocations. \~ Supports preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Provides administrative support for the organization’s (BPA) monthly billing procedures and BU reporting packages. \~ Participates in on-ground or virtual BPA projects. \~ Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators Internal customer satisfaction, quality, relevance, and financial analysis Reliability and accuracy of all specified figures Work Experience \~Operations management and execution Skills \~Market understanding \~Understanding value drivers \~Planning and analysis \~Ability to influence key stakeholders \~Process optimization \~Data cleansing \~Normalization \~Data visualization \~Employee engagement \~Financial and managerial expertise \~Compliance and controls for reporting Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
