Job Summary: Provide analytical support to the BPA team for financial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy; handle and coordinate report preparation to ensure timely submission. Assist in business planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment across the organization 3. Handle and coordinate report preparation to ensure timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provide analytical support to managers on matters related to financial activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Assist more senior colleagues in analysis to support business planning and forecasting processes and ensure alignment across the organization. \~ Contribute to analysis and report writing to develop strategic long-term financial plans and business plans through provision of accurate data and analysis. \~ Support report writing based on facts, numbers, and findings. \~ Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Provide administrative support for the monthly BPA close process and Business Unit (BU) management reporting package. \~ Assist with country/regional or Business Unit-level BPA projects. \~ Report technical complaints/adverse events/special circumstances related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customers’ satisfaction with the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analysis provided \~ Reliability and accuracy of numbers provided Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Market understanding \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Planning and analysis \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Process optimization \~ Data cleansing \~ Normalization \~ Data visualization \~ Employee engagement \~ Finance and management \~ Reporting compliance and controls Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
