We are seeking staff to work as a retail assistant in a fashion store located at El Corte Inglés in Puerto Banús, Marbella. Responsibilities include attending to and advising customers, managing the sales process, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and presentation in the commercial space, ensuring everything reflects the brand’s standards. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for daily operations. Previous experience in customer service—especially in fashion or retail—is valued but not mandatory. We seek dynamic individuals with a proactive attitude and strong customer-service orientation. A professional appearance and the ability to resolve customer inquiries professionally are important qualities. The ideal candidate must adapt well to tasks and commit to the store’s objectives. The schedule is on Sundays only, allowing compatibility with studies or other activities. The contract is a Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract, with a gross hourly wage of €10.50. Additional hours may be offered based on store needs, and there is potential for direct integration into the permanent staff. Candidates must reside near Puerto Banús or have their own vehicle, and must have full availability to work on Sundays. Residence near Puerto Banús or personal vehicle required for commuting. Full availability to work on Sundays is mandatory. Previous experience in customer service, fashion sales, or the retail sector is valued.
